Ingredients
- 4 slices soft white sandwich bread
- 6 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 6 tbsp marshmallow creme
- 1 pinch flaky sea salt, optional
Before you cook
- Take the peanut butter and marshmallow creme out of the pantry and let them sit for a few minutes so both spread easily.
- Lay the bread out in two pairs.
Steps
- Spread three tablespoons of peanut butter across one slice of each pair, going right to the crust.
- Wipe the knife clean, since any peanut butter left on it will drag the marshmallow into a mess.
- Spread three tablespoons of marshmallow creme on the second slice of each pair with the clean knife, using short pushing strokes rather than long pulls.
- Sprinkle a tiny pinch of flaky salt over the peanut butter if you want the sweetness cut.
- Press the two slices together gently, peanut butter against marshmallow.
- Cut each sandwich in half on the diagonal with a single firm stroke.
- Serve right away with a cold glass of milk.
