  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and cook for 4 minutes, until softened.
  3. Add the corn, beans and squash to the pot.
  4. Stir to combine everything with the onion.
  5. Pour in the broth.
  6. Bring the pot to a boil.
  7. Cover and reduce the heat to low.
  8. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the squash is tender and the liquid has mostly reduced.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
