  1. Arrange the Spam, hot dogs, kimchi, baked beans, onion and tofu in sections around a wide shallow pot.
  2. Pour the seasoning mixture over the center of the pot.
  3. Pour in the remaining stock and the kimchi juice around the ingredients.
  4. Bring the pot to a boil over high heat.
  5. Boil for 8 minutes, until the sausages are heated through and the broth is well seasoned.
  6. Nestle the ramyeon noodles into the broth and cook for 3 minutes, until just tender.
  7. Lay the cheese slices over the top and let them melt for 1 minute.
  8. Scatter with the sliced green onions.
  9. Serve straight from the pot with steamed rice.
