  1. Combine the oats, walnuts, coconut flakes, cinnamon and sea salt in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle in the melted coconut oil and maple syrup.
  3. Add the almond butter and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Scoop the mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
  5. Press it into a 1-inch-thick oval so it bakes into clusters.
  6. Bake 15 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through.
  7. Break the granola apart gently with a fork.
  8. Bake 15 minutes more, until golden brown.
  9. Stir in the dried cranberries if using.
  10. Cool for 15 minutes before serving so the clusters crisp up.
